I cannot sign up to the site. It tells me that the User Name I entered is already taken, no matter what I try.
We have seen a few cases of this, but have not had enough reports of the problem to determine a cause. It seems that although it tells you the login is taken, it still sets your account up and sends you an email. If this happens to you, check your email to see if you get your temporary password anyway. If you do, then you should be able to sign up. If you don't, and it's telling your every name you try is taken, please send an email to ACC Support and give us as much information as you can about your computer, and we'll try to help you.
