 ACC Troubleshooting
This page will help you troubleshoot some of the known problems with ACC. If you cannot find the solution to your problem here, try searching the Feedback Board or the Dynamic Help Section.
Sometimes, it takes a few minutes for your email to be sent to you. If after about 30 minutes you have still not received your email, try resetting your password by typing in your User Name in the login box on the left, and clicking the "Forgot your password?" link. That will send you another email.

If you still have not received your email after resetting your password, there could be a couple of problems.

One possibility is that you entered your email incorrectly. Try clicking back until you see the form that you filled out to make sure you entered your email correctly. If you didn't, or if you don't remember, try signing up again, making sure you enter your email correctly.

Another possibility is that your ISP is blocking the email. Some ISPs, such as AOL, allow you to block email that contains images. We send out HTML email with embedded images, so if you are sure that you are blocking email with embedded images, either:
    Modify your email settings to allow embedded images
    If you have an alternate email address, sign up with that email address instead

We are working on allowing both plain text and HTML email formats, so hopefully, this will help users with problems on receiving HTML email.

Another reason you may not receive your email is because of network or server problems. In this case, it may take anywhere from a couple of hours to a day or two to receive your email.

If you have tried the above workarounds and it's been 30 minutes since you signed up, and are still not receiving your email, you can send a request to ACC Support and we can forward you your temporary password.
