ACC Troubleshooting

This page will help you troubleshoot some of the known problems with ACC. If you cannot find the solution to your problem here, try searching the Feedback Board or the Dynamic Help Section.

»	I cannot sign up to the site. It tells me that the User Name I entered is already taken, no matter what I try.

»	I was able to sign up, but I never received my email with my temporary password.

»	I cannot log in. It gives me a message saying that it can't write cookies to my computer.

»	I can sort of log in, but most of the pages I go to says: You cannot access this page from another site, or by typing the URL in the address bar.
