Im curious-How do I add Ascii art to my profile without it making random numbers and emotes?
I would love to add some for decoration, but it turns it to things like "#1245" or ""

If you go [link=animalcrossingcommunity.com]YOUR TEXT HERE[/link], you can insert whatever text you want in between and the text will take users to any website once they click on it. I'm thinking of using that for a second option but i'm wondering how I could add Ascii art in the form of text, Here's the one I want to use:  ASCII Art
If there's not a way to do this, is there an easy way to add an image? (Like in BBcode?)

I see what you mean now! Unfortunately, you can't add images, but wherever you're running into emotes you can insert markup inbetween. Here's an example - but you would use [ instead of ), <;(b)(/b)\ would then look like <;\ instead of .

Hi Doraemon. Some Staff members confirmed that certain ASCII characters are currently broken on the website right now. Please feel free to link any art with incompatible characters in this thread. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, and welcome to ACC!

I'm not sure exactly how to tell if they are broken, but it seems that all of the characters for the art I want don't seem to work...

Unfortunately, all the symbols could be broken... this is something that we are working on fixing for ACC 2.0, please keep your eyes peeled on when that will be releasing!
