Hi all I’m new to here, I apologise this is not an appropriate place to post this but I just thought it’d be nice to chat with grown up players since I had animal crossing since Nintendo GameCube.

I have started playing animal crossing recently after getting a Switch, I used to look forward speaking to K.K and buy his song on Saturday night! Now I don’t even get to see him on the weekend, and I can buy his song every day from the shop. Maybe it’s just a modern life thing but is there anyone who prefers buying it from K.K?

K.K. is charging you for his songs? Are you sure it's him and not a swindling lookalike?

I get you, though; I bought a few when I first started, but once he started showing up I started exclusively getting songs from him.

well with there being over 100 songs these days (twice as many as the original game) I'd argue it's a necessity. I definitely appreciate the option to buy them because two years is kind of a lot longer than I would like to wait to get all the songs, tho I do go see him whenever he's around. at least there are still a few songs that you *have* to get from kk himself since they aren't available to order

I don't care if I get the song from KK, or buy it - - when it comes to songs, I'm an impulse shopper. My favorite song is "Forest Life", and if I see it for sale and don't have it yet, I'll buy it right that very minute! Some other songs I'll ask KK to play for me and get it that way.  I don't care if I get all the songs or not; I just want my favorites.
