For me, the first Animal Crossing game that I played in the series was Wild World. I started the game when I was a little older (15) after I discovered that I had received the game as a kid, but never played it. After that, I never looked back. I brought the game with me almost everywhere I went, and researched all kinds of cheats. I now have multiple copies of the game, but my original town will always have a special place in my heart, as I have invested so many hours into it. And ps this August it will be Florida's (my og town) 7th anniversary!

The first one I had ever played was the GameCube version back in 2006

So I remember buying the GameCube version back in the early 2000's. The only game from the series I haven't played is the 3DS version and I just recently ordered a copy so that I can finally play that one as well.

I played WW 15 years ago after my friend introduced me, and I’ve bought and played each installment since! (I got PG/GC in 2015 from my ex but didn’t play through it much until recently)

Wild World for me! I never got consoles as a kid, so I never got a Gamecube. I knew about AC then but couldn't play, so when I was late to the party for Nintendo DS, Wild World was one of my first games
