One thing that may help is clearing your history/cookies/cache or try private browsing mode to keep your browsing from saving some of this information in the background.
I would also try (depending on what web browser you use) going to your settings / google dashboard and disable personalized ad tracking and see if there is an option for blocking certain ads. You could also try using an ad blocker but this would prevent ACC bell ads from appearing as well.
There may also be a small X button on one of the ads that let you directly block or report certain ads that you do not want to see.
