Was hoping they'd do something big but it looks like Nintendo really is doing us like that. When they meant they had 3 years worth of updates, it was not what we were expecting, but 15 items every update..

The new bunny day items look cute though.

I am a little bummed that they did not add more special characters. I am wanting Brewster or Kapp'n.

I'm a bit surprised Kapp'n's family was not the first NPC Nintendo thought of adding? Wasn't this game imagined from Kapp'n's island?

Maybe this year will be when the big updates come? *cries in doubt*

well at least some people will be going wild for the extra pattern slots. I've seen people crying for more pattern space since day 1 and now they're getting it! I honestly didn't expect that to be something they'd add at all.

also is april prom season?? I always assumed prom was in June since that's when the school year ends

overall this update is meatier than I expected but still a lot lighter than I had hoped

I'm definitely going wild about the extra slots. I'll finally start remodeling my island to have a ton of fancy paths and ground patterns.

This is something that's been wanted for a while and the fact that's been implemented gives me hope for the future.

I know I certainly don’t care about custom designs, but I’m happy for the people that love them! That’s a nice QOL update, maybe that means more will come. Unfortunately this update isn’t really doing it for me. I’m glad I already have a set of Sanrio cards so I can make use of this update instead of hoping I can get my hands on the cards later. I’m interested in the prom clothing though, just because I enjoy pretty dresses haha

Every other update tells us when to expect the next one. For whatever reasons this one wasn’t a video so there was no screen at the end showing anything. Does anyone have any idea when the next update might be coming?

I wasn’t expecting more design slots! I‘ll bet some people will be updating their island now that there are more slots for patterns.

I, for one, am VERY happy about the increase in custom design slots and more stuff to customize. Looks like I gotta ask my friend to make me a froggy chair umbrella now (context: She made me a froggy chair hat that I wear constantly)

Nice that they added more custom slots and improved the Sanrio cards.

It's nice that you scan the Sanrio cards once at Harvey item.  After that all Sanrio items appear in the promotion tab.  ACNL cards had to be scanned daily.

Able to buy items after a Sanrio villager moves in.  ACNL after a Sanrio villager moved in you weren't able to scan the card and buy items.

Able to order 5 items each day and send 2 to your friends using bells.  ACNL it was 3 items each day and it cost meow coupons.
