Hey, I'm simply curious...

I joined this site when I was a kid way back in 2009. I actually came here to look for some of my old threads (I posted pretty often in the creative writing section). However, I'm noticing that the create writing board's posts only date back as far as 2015. I'm wondering whether everything prior to 2015 was deleted or perhaps they were archived?

They were archived. Threads used to get archived if they went thirty days without anyone posting on them, but that feature was turned off in 2015.

Slightly unrelated tip, if you have a link to a thread saved that just redirects to the forum boards page, simply add "?Archived=True" to the end of the link and boom, you're able to see the thread. This probably isn't new to anybody but I thought I'd share
