ACC uses the same time as "United States/New York" timezone, honoring Daylight Saving Time.
So, right now it's "EST" (Eastern Standard Time) which is GMT-5, and on March 14, it will change to "EDT" (Eastern Daylight Time) which is GMT-4.
When Daylight Saving Time starts and ends depends on the year, but it's usually around spring and autumn, respectively.
