This probably means the PM was removed from your inbox before you had a chance to read it. That might be because the original creator locked the thread (locked threads are hidden from view after 24 hours), or because it was removed by a moderator as spam. "Will ACC cooperate with CCPA/GDPR rules if we request to remove our personal data from here? I know ACC does not delete accounts, but I think exceptions need to be made for these laws in specific" Yes, the GDPR (not the CCPA, which only applies to for-profit companies) gives you the right to withdraw your consent for us to process your personal data. Usually you can delete your data yourself (e.g. your friend codes and most information on your profile), but if you're having trouble then feel free to post here or contact a moderator in private. If you posted your personal data on the forums and the time limit to edit your post has now expired, or in a few other cases, you won't be able to delete your data yourself and will need to contact a moderator for assistance. Either way, we'll be happy to help. There are some pieces of your personal data that we don't need your consent to process, and we usually won't delete this data on request unless there are extenuating circumstances. For example, we have to record your birth date in order to comply with our legal obligation to ensure the safety of children on ACC (see our Q&A about children on ACC), and we automatically record information like the general location you're connecting from in order to help prevent spam (this is what the GDPR calls a "legitimate interest" for us and for our users).
