I have two towns in New Leaf, but it sees my villagers never want to leave.
I know the game cartridge does have all the villagers inside, minus the special ones from the amiibo cards like the Van cards and the Sanrio cards.

I'd like to "collect" all the animals, but mine are very settled in both my towns and never want to leave! LOL.
I've purchased some amiibo cards of villagers I like, but I've seen some on e-Bay of certain ones for sale at ridiculous high prices. I don't wifi much with others, so I never receive new animals from other towns...
