Sorry to ask another question here, but I was wondering what forum would be best to host an on-going lottery on? This lottery would be for New Horizons, a winner would be picked every week, and the lottery would then reset and continue. I was thinking the giveaway forum because I wouldn't really consider it a contest/competition, as the winner is picked randomly, but I'd like confirmation.

That should go on the Contests and Competitions board. It doesn't matter how the winner is determined, just that they get a prize of some sort.
