Welcome to the AC:NH General board! Here are a few board-specific rules and guidelines to keep in mind when using this board.

• The purpose of this board is to house discussion type threads about Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
• Some examples of topics that are appropriate for this board include event discussions, character discussions, item discussions, and unofficial self-written guides.
• Do not use this board to look for or set up trades, transactions, or other online play sessions for your New Horizons game.
• Some examples of topics that are not appropriate for this board include looking for friends to play online with threads, villager auctions, selling items threads, and looking for a town with certain turnip prices threads.
• Keep in mind our rule 2.4 regarding advertising threads. A thread made with the sole purpose of advertising will be locked. It is fine to mention a helpful guide or tool that is used to enhance your gameplay experience in context of a relevant discussion. It is not cool to create a thread purely advertising a YouTube video or another site. The Moderators have the final say and right to lock any thread or remove any post that may seem like an advertisement.
