Today we can purchase new limited-time items celebrating Children's Day on the Nook Shop. They're really cute!

Buuuut I wish they would have stuck to New Leaf's style of having Isabelle outside offering special items to commemorate events, rather than us simply buying them. It made it much more meaningful, and I think would have filled a certain "event void" between these long drawn-out ones we're getting from updates.

I totally agree that it would have been nicer to receive these items from Isabelle... but they are super cute!
