Yesterday I had a resident, Papi, ask me to deliver something to another resident, Winnie.  Well, I didn't do it right away and unfortunately I think I sold whatever it was at Nook's Cranny.
So now Papi keeps telling me "not to forget Winnie's address" and Winnie keeps looking for a delivery but my pockets are blank.
What are my options?
I can only think of 2 things, 1) remove them both from my island, sad but I could live with it and 2) try to put everything I have into my pockets over & over and see if it's a hit, too time consuming!

Sounds like the problem may rectify on it's own in a few days.

Yay, it did self-resolve.  When I went to see Papi I got chewed out for losing the gift.  I had forgotten it was an apology gift btw.
