It my first time playing city folk on wii and I'm not sure how to go about visiting other peoples towns or Visa versa. This is all new to me so any feed back would be pretty awesome right now. Thanks

unfortunately the severs for the wii were taken offline years ago, so you can no longer visit people online

Chiyoki is right unfortunately, city folk is 12 years old this year and it was taken offline 4 years ago, you can still play it without visiting people's towns, but if you want to do the online stuff you'll need to get New Leaf or New Horizons which are currently still supported.
