Does anyone else know about the voice chat u can get on your phone to talk while you or is that just me. I mean I don’t mind typing with the app, it easy. But I’d like to actually talk to some people. I mean during the times n all. Is it just me

Yeah I wish there was a better chat system. I am not that fond of the quality of the apps voice chat, so I just been using it to easily type. I wish you could use it for typing the letters so bad.

Jenni122701 - The Switch's touch-screen can be used for both typed in-game chat and letters. I've heard of at least one other user who didn't realise that you could use the console's touch-screen for this because the Switch's default touch-screen sensitivity setting is apparently not sensitive enough for some folks. Additionally, you can use a USB keyboard when docked.

Yeah I knew the switch screen could be used. I mean the app for our cell phones. I wish the keyboard on that worked for the letters in game like they do the chat.

Have you considered joining a Discord group?  That's a way to chat via phone or even start a voice channel for talking.

I use a USB keyboard on my Switch, since I'm almost always playing it docked. I don't like using my phone to text while playing, since I sometimes miss messages if I'm writing stuff out on my phone -- the small character limit makes it so I really have to pay attention to what's going on. Then I have to put my real phone down, open my virtual phone, and check the virtual app to see if there are messages I missed while using my real phone.

Voice chat is OK but like others I typically use Facebook audio call, or Discord audio call. It's much easier for everyone since we can use different devices, not have to all be tethered to our phones.
