Is the fishing tourney for everyone who has ACNH and played on the same day/weekend? I was just curious because I got the message on my bulletin board about the fishing tourney on April 5th, but one of my friends never got the message on her board at all. We're both in northern hemisphere.

I guess it is on the same day for NH, although I also never got a notification. My residents last night were saying how 'tomorrow's the big day' with no reference to what the big day was.

It doesn't bode well for the game, imho.
