In New Horizons, moving the camera closer to the ground so as to better see your surroundings is done by pushing the right analogue-stick forward. If you start moving, it will return to its normal position on its own. Additionally, if you pull the right stick back when the camera is in its normal position, it will move the camera into an overhead view that's reminiscent of the GameCube installment. Push it forward again when it's in this position in order to return the camera to its default position. I hope that this helps! EDIT: Beaten to it by GoldenCelebi!
