is there a way for me to add text to speech so my little sister who cant read can play?

there's no built in setting for it. you might be able to dive into some major hacking scenes and find a way to do it, but as far as I know, nobody has even attempted something like that yet.

I don't know how old your sister is, but I have heard people say that animal crossing helped teach them to read when they were younger. it might be a good learning tool
