so I've just gotten to the part of the game where I need to get my town rating up. will Isabelle change her suggestions if I meet the requirement, or do I have to wait until tomorrow to check again? right now she keeps cycling between add more fences, add more DIY furniture, and add more Nook Miles furniture. I put out more of everything, but I don't want to waste all my resources today if she's not going to change her suggestions until tomorrow

(I also put out all the plots of land available, so I know I've got the resident numbers down once they move in)

Yes, she should. Focus on one suggestion at a time and work on it until she stops mentioning it. Then move on to the next.
