Hi, Jesse3092! Answer to this is slightly complicated but I think I can help!  To answer the first part of your question, you can Google: Animal Crossing New Leaf QR Codes (Specify if you want shirts, paths, dresses, flags, etc.) and they should come up! You will notice that a lot of these are posted on Pinterest and Tumblr if you'd like to check them out directly from their sources! In terms of actually downloading them onto your NookPhone, you will need to download the Nintendo Switch app on an iPhone, Andrioid, etc. and register the app with your system by creating an account. Once that is finished, you will also need to either purchase or get a free trial of a Nintendo Online Membership. I was able to get a 7-day free trial by using online "Nintendo coins" from ordering games online and downloading them onto my Switch! Even if you purchased a physical copy of the game, it is likely that the game came with a slip so you can register these online "coins" with your Nintendo account. Once you are a member, you can use your app on your iPhone or Android and use NookLink by clicking on the AC:NH button on the app. From there, they will tell you how to connect the app to the game and you will finally be able to take pictures of QR codes on your phone from Google, Pinterest, Twitter, etc. It will tell you how to download the designs right to your NookPhone in the game!
