Anyone still waiting for their copy? Amazon delayed mine and finally shipped on Sunday. I almost broke down and went to gamestop or best buy but they're closed due to virus concerns.  I'm sorry if this isn't allowed but I just felt like chatting and wondered if anyone else was in the same boat.

I believe both Best Buy and Gamestop still have their stores open for same-day pickup of online orders, you just can't go inside. It's probably too late to cancel your Amazon order now but if not I would try that.

At this point, I don't recommend Best Buy. I'm in Kansas and they shipped my copy to Atlanta, Georgia before they realized they made a mistake and began to ship it back. So I'm sitting here without a copy and Best Buy placed a nice statement in their terms that preorders on launch are not guaranteed. Already charged my card and told me I wasn't getting compensated for it so I'm out of luck.

I think GameStop did right by their customers.

I honestly didn't bother looking for the game in store, and just bought it on the Eshop

Nightfade, I kinda wish I did the same or at the very least ordered from GameStop.

The game just arrived so I came online to say that the package is stained with mud and the game box is cracked on the side, preventing it from closing.

After four days of waiting and being told that they won't compensate me, then this happens. I won't be buying from them again.

I guess I'm glad I didn't go ahead and buy a copy from Walmart when I was in there the 20th. They had several on the shelf for $49.98 instead of the $59.99 the game goes for typically. Had I picked one up to play sooner thinking I would be able to return this copy, they wouldn't take the game because of the damage.

The pre-order gift didn't come with it.

according to the tracking number mine was delivered today. I'll know more what I go home

I would have canceled the order and get the refund. I preordered it at GS and they closed. So I bought the digital download, I waited too long for it to be on shaker ground literally the day of release. Everything was open the day before, then the day of release everything closed. I only put down a $5 bill I found on the ground. Lucky me.
