Tbh I think they didn't bother putting them in this game. We all know exactly what they do and they got kinda boring.

I haven't come across a seed, but I have fallen into a hole while trying to jump over it! Its the same animation and everything.

You can fall Into a hole by using vaulting pole across a river where there is a hole on the other side
