So in the friend codes list, I see two different checkboxes, In Menu and In Registry. What are the differences between the two?

In Menu means that it will appear to the left and let you see when the people you've exchanged Friend Codes with are hosting. In Registry simply adds you to the list of people with that game in the Friend Codes section of the site so that people can see who's looking to WiFi that they might not have exchanged Friend Codes with.

Hi! Thanks ACWWFreakazoid for clarifying that. I also wanted to further expand on this topic.

Is there currently a way for users to "Hide" Wifi games on the My Profile page? For example, I would only like to display the games that I am currently actively playing; however, I would not mind leaving them in the Registry if someone searches via that route.

Unfortunately there isn't. All games you have a friend code entered for will appear in your profile.
