I've seen a few people posting about good fortune cookies that they purchased with bells that were the special character ones. I've only seen this once or twice myself. How often does this happen? I know the nook brothers post different fortune cookies each day for bells but what about the character ones? Thanks in advance.

There's not a finite amount. It changes. I tend to get a bunch in a week and then nothing or just one the other 3 weeks per month. I'd say I average 6-8 a month. Unfortunately, they're rarely the cookies I am interested in. For example I managed completing the entire band series with the exception of the memory item all from bell cookies. After I finished all 3 of the HH classes I just gave it all to Gulliver minus the outfit (I hoard clothes).

I don't get any for ages but then I ho through fases where I get them about every 2 or 3 days then i stop getting them again.

Just yesterday I had 2 LT for bell cookies at my FC stand. And following my personal trend they were both Grim cookies (probably my least favorite because re-colors make me so mad). Even worse? Both of them contained clothing only so I won't even be able to get an extra HH medal or two and fully complete those three classes.



ETA: I'll try to keep updating this thread when I get a LT for bell cookie for about a month just to keep track of exactly how many I get. It might be interesting to compare.

So yesterday I got my first cookie(s) since my last post.

One was Bluebear's party cookie (and I got the memory item which will be fun to watch I suppose). I'll never use the item sadly. The second was Fancine's sea cookie. I got the shimmer-sea rug which is pretty but I am unsure if I'll get a chance to use it.

Then today I got a Colton's gilded cookie, which I was very happy to get - only to once again get a toga. My 9th.



ETA: I was just sending this and we had an earthquake, again. So I am sorry AC Gods...I am very satisfied with my cookies OK? lol

Today I got one of Stella's sleepy cookies for bells. I got the hanging star lights (not sure of the exact name because the game is down). I wouldn't mind getting a second set - they match my camp terrain rather well.

Today...bright and early (not that I have slept between my last post and this one - insomnia 1; Andrea 0) I have Francine's sea cookie. Drum roll please...eww. Cancel the drum roll because we got the vanity. Yuck. Heh.

Yesterday I got another sea cookie. I got the chair...

I usually see one like once or twice a month! But I also don't check daily, so I really just chance upon them sometimes at random, and I think its so magical! but mostly its not cookies I'm really interested in

I used to see them all the time. Now I don't and it's annoying

Some weeks are better than others.  Usually I'll see them at least once a week, but on a good one I might get two or three days of Bell buyable special cookies.  5K is very much worth it, heck I'ld part with 10K with how infrequent they appear.  I do not spend bells on them, so this works for me to keep my eyes peeled daily for them.
