This has happened multiple times

  I barely play City Folk anymore, but once a year I pay a visit to my City Folk town.
   I noticed a really strange thing: the city isn't filled up with weeds, villagers don't move away or in, I find all my flowers where they were, none of them has died...
   Really few mail comes, just a couple of updates on the bulletin board are added (the ones recent based on the day I'm playing the game)...

Is it normal? Does it happen in your game too?

I think I've noticed this too, that some changes happen more often when you log in regularly, but I could be wrong...

It happened to me, too! When I stopped playing for like, 6 months, came back, and everything was the same. even the grass! The only difference was that my mail was full of birthday letters.
