They were hidden around ACC.
If you clicked your avatar to change it, it says "Choose one that speaks to you", and the bold & underline meant it was a clue.
There was a developer added to the ACC Staff page with no profile, named Xylozebrasaur, so it was a clue.
There was three staff badges on the "Getting Started", which meant "the 3rd scout in the list", which is pedro_collins.
The ACC Patterns search would say "Slithy Toves" (but disappear when you begin typing), so Slithy Toves is a clue.
The first letter of every sentence in the announcement spelled out DOLPHIN.
