Ok, so my neighbor Annabelle wanted a 'frock coat'. I've never found this item and I've been playing ACCF for years. What store would I get it at? Gracie's or the Able Sister's store? Thank you.

It's a regular top you can get at Able Sisters. If it's in your catalog, it'll be close to the bottom of the list, just about the Jingle shirt. (pic)
