My fiancé tried to sign up for an account like three times and all three times gave him an error message. Now it says he’s signed up with an account but he can’t access it? I tried to send an email about this but didn’t hear back and I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem? I signed up about a week ago and had no trouble then, so the issue is new within the last few days, to my knowledge.

Hi, we are so sorry but we are having an issue with our Email system, We have been trying to answer people for a number of days now. We can receive them but can't send them out. We have people working on it and will answer all our Emails as soon as we can. Unfortunately this also involves other functions such as signing up.

So sorry, I meant to post yesterday evening. The Email, Sign-Up systems are working again. We've gotten the Support Emails almost all the way caught up.
