So, I like to personalize my characters to the best of my abilities. That being said, if I make my mayor and all of my residents carry an item (e.g. ice cream, axe, umbrella, balloon, etc.) when someone visits my dream address will my characters be seen holding items or will they just be seen walking about with nothing in their hands?

they won't be holding anything in your dream town unless it's raining. boy characters will hold a blue umbrella and girls get a red one.
