Okay so I have Beautiful Town. I want clovers to grow on my dirt paths, Icd if they are actual clovers or not, I just want them for looks. I read that if I plant an actual clover then it makes more spawn. Not sure if this is meant for CF, WW or NL.

I also read that if I time travel 1-3 months ahead alot of clovers will appear and I've noticed more seem to spawn in the transitioning of seasons.

Are there any other ways for me to spawn these?

Unfortunately, no. The chances of lucky clovers spawning are 1 in 40 and possibly even less in New Leaf, and those will be the only ones you can choose the placement of. Regular clovers spawn once every few days according to the wiki, and weeds appear less often with the Beautiful Town ordinance.

And planting them doesn't cause any more to spawn nearby in New Leaf or Wild World, as far as I'm aware.

I'm pretty sure after a rainbow a lucky clover will almost always appear, but one lucky clover isn't much.

your best options are to either repeatedly TT a few months at a time and hope they spawn where you want them (covering any open tiles where you don't want them will help), dupe or hack some lucky clovers, or find someone who can give you a bunch
