Hi! I'm curious, in your homes do you have KK music playing in the background or are your rooms silent? Or, do you have noise making items instead such as gyroids? :o

Also, is there music in all rooms or just some?

I enjoy having music in every room! It helps tie together the personality that I create for said room!
There is one character however that only has music in the main room because he's supposed to be an odd one so the silence is supposed to make his home... uncomfortable.

in NL, I almost always have music unless the silence of ambient noise from the furniture items is more fitting for the room. I try to use different music in each room because I hate walking between rooms and hearing the same song start over again and again. in HHD I always forget to put in music because of the background music that's already playing.

Normally I'll just put a white noise producing item, or no sound in the room at all. The style of my towns does not work with KK music.

Chukotka has a clock in each room and the main one has a fireplace too. The town is based on an isolated area in the Arctic so the music would not fit with it. Nazran is based on a town in the Caucasus mountains, but I feel like no KK songs fit that theme, the same would go for my future 2 towns which I've decided a theme on but no names or anything else yet.

One thing I would like in the next game is to shut the outside music off during bug hunting.   I don't like wearing headphones while I play and it's hard to hear the tarantula and scorpion.  I usually see them before I hear them now.

I do excactly what @Chiyoko does with her music, right down to having a different song play in each room. Each song that plays has to match the theme of the room in some way.
