Giveaways now have new rules and guidelines which can be found in the Admin locked () thread at the top of this board.
If, after reading the new rules, you have any further queries or require clarification please post in this thread. A Modmin will reply as soon as possible. Please be patient if we don't reply as quickly as you would like.

• Make sure to post what is being offered by your company. You may post this information, as well as three different promotional advertisements, as a group, on every page of the thread or every 24 hours.
Is this Giveaway Rules + 3 promo posts. Was this rule revised or am I misunderstanding it.
Yes, this rule was revised. Some Giveaways always like to post their promos at the top of the page. The old rule was you had to wait 24 hours between posting promos. So if a Giveaway got very busy they might have to skip posting at the top of the page because it had not been a long enough time span. So you might have pages with no promos at the top and the customers would have to flip back and forth between pages to figure out their order.
So now Giveaways may post on the top of every page even if it's not been the 24 hours. For Giveaways that are moving at a slower rate they may post every 24 hours even on the same page.
Hope I'm explaining this right!

Yes! I understand that perfectly now, thank you! As far as the number of posts was allowed on top of every page. Is it 1 rules + 2 promos, or is it 1 rules + 3 promos. Just checking because of this bit of text You may post this information, as well as three different promotional advertisements
I have a question regarding the "Recruitment Thread" on our hiring thread we keep a list of available positions at the top of the page and update our "awaiting interviews" list throughout. Though our positions change and fill up much more often then we hit a new page. I'm wondering if it would be okay to post an update maybe once a week, (likely less if there are no changes). I just wanted to make sure because I wasn't sure on the exact standards?
