Yesterday was nature day and flea market at the same time did that mess something up? I was not able to talk to Tortimer yesterday and I thought maybe I misremember because on NGC it triggered but on the event calendar on ACC it did say it was meant to happen. Did it work for you guys?

I watched back my recording and yeah he is just sitting in his chair  behind the counter, so weird.
edit just wanted to add the flea market was working fine for me.
