Hello,
Please click "Troubleshooting" under About ACC on the sidebar, and click the question titled I cannot log in.
This will run a test within your browser to confirm that cookies are able to be set properly -- if not, it will tell you whether the cookies are being blocked, or whether you have a corrupt cookie.
If it says cookies are fine, try resetting your password and using the new one instead.
Let me know if you're still having problems.
