I just realized something, none of my villagers have been sick since the WA update. I remember it used to frustrate me when they were sick because no one would tell me who's moving. Has anyone else noticed this?
I also have beautiful ordinance so maybe the fresh air makes them feel better unlike early bird or night owl ordinance? or maybe the just removed the sick feature entirely? or maybe it's a rare occurance now?
Has anyone had a sick villager at all?

I've also been wondering about this because I haven't had a sick villager since the Wa update either. My town has the beautiful ordinance in place so I don't know whether that's causing it.

Hm, that’s pretty interesting. I do wonder what made them remove/make it ultra rare to occur though. It was a neat feature, I’ll give them that! (Aside from the fact that everyone only talked about said sick villager)

Yeah! I've wondered this too! I have started and played my town for 3 months now with the WA update and have never had one of my animal villagers sick, my town has the beautiful town ordinance if that has anything to do with it!

I very rarely if ever had sick villagers even before the update. I think it's definitely gotten a whole lot rarer.
Those villagers are working their immune systems into tip top shape so that their mayors can use that medicine for our bee stings...... what troopers. what good citizens.
This probably not realistic, but maybe Nintendo did this to increase the realism. A lot of the time before the update my villagers got sick and I don't think it was realistic that someone was ill every 2 weeks or something.
