For months, I've been trying to get a specific emote (Outrage) from The Marquee. I know that Outrage is one of those special emotes that are taught by Frillard instead of Shrunk and that seeing Frillard is a rare experience. My question is if there's something that I'm doing wrong because I have yet to see him once. I haven't been time traveling so that can't be it. Is there a required amount of shows that have to be watched or is there some other requirement before Frillard eventually shows up? I'd like to know Thanks in advance!

As far as I know, it's just random (and rare). At one point, I was also trying to get outrage. I would check every single week. I eventually gave up on it after FIVE YEARS of trying. All you can do is keep checking and hope you get lucky.
