Pelly keeps telling me I have too many trees in that area, but doesn't specifically tell me which area. I've spent days cutting down trees and she keeps saying the same. Does anybody know best way to get a good grade. Thanks in advance
Your town is divided into acres that are 16x16 spaces. Since they aren't clearly defined like they were in the original AC game, if you want to keep track you can try placing patterns on the ground to mark them. Within each acre, you should have no more than 16 trees.
Please help. I'm still trying to build my town. When I check the status with Pelly she says not enough greenery, however if I check with Phyllis (the same day) she says too many trees. What am I doing wrong.
You may want to cut down a tree or two if you see an area that has a lot. Or you can just try adding flowers. Having lots of flowers can offset any other flaws, so add as many as you can. The only down side is that they need to be watered to stay alive.
Sarah's Easy and Simple guide to a perfect town (AC:CF):
1.Mark your acres (16 spaces by 16 spaces) by using patterns or digging holes. Start in either the Northeast or northwest corner.When you get to the river, just go to the other northern corner and count that way.
2. Have 12 trees in each acre (Don't sweat it if you don't; you need a minimum of 8 acres with 12 trees, and the other 17 acres need 10-17 trees)
3. Have at least 3 flowers in the eight acres you have 12 trees. My tip is to use gold roses for these, so you don't have to worry about watering them or if they'll die. (If you use flowers that need to be watered, put them somewhere visible so you are visually reminded to water them)
4. Keep it this way for 15 days to get your golden can. On day 16 you will get the golden can!

Yes, Pelly should say: "Fantastic! [Town Name] is in great shape right now! Yep, it's pretty sweeeeet!"
Like I mentioned above, keep everything the same (make sure to water your flowers!) for 15 days. On day 16 (still with PTS) if you visit Pelly/Phyllis and ask about the environment, she should give you the golden can!

Oh right, thank you I will continue to plant. I've had PTS for 3 days now but only 1 Jacobs ladder. I have searched and searched and couldn't find one yesterday and today I cannot find one either. Is something wrong
Jacob's ladders don't appear every day, unfortunately (they're very pretty), so not seeing one on any given day does not really indicate anything. Everything is as it should be
