I've been wondering this myself. I can't imagine having both in your town at once, so I wonder if Bunny Day will be pushed up or back a week? I'd love to see Zipper and Blanca on the same day, though.

I got curious so I moved the time forward. Isabelle says "Today is Bunny Day!" upon loading, and when you step outside, there's another announcement that it's Bunny Day, so I figured no April Fools.
But I went to the plaza just to be sure...
and Blanca was there! So yes, you can do both in the same day.
