Hello! Are there any “gym rats” on here? What’s your favorite workout? Do you go to a gym for a specific sport/activity? (Karate, boxing, etc) Leg day was always my favorite, and I love to run races!
Gym rat here! I try to go to the gym five days a week, each day focusing on different parts of my body. I’ve been taking a liking to leg days but my favorite would be upper body workouts.
