Some users have reported being unable to download or play AC:PC. At this time, we know of the following limitations and issues with the game:
• Apple devices require iOS 9.0 or later. Previous software versions are unable to download the game. See below for a full list of supported devices. • Android devices require Android OS 4.2 or later and 1 GB or more of RAM. The official website also lists that "some devices may not be supported" and "it may take some time before Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is supported on the newest version of Android OS". At this time we do not have a list of devices which are not supported. • The game is only available in a limited number of countries. Nintendo says that "additional countries may be added to this list in the future" but does not list any plans to offer the game in other countries. • Many users have reported connectivity issues even when they have a good internet connection. We believe that there are connection problems on the app's side. At this time, there is no way to avoid these connection problems.
