Oh, Chops, you were never my best friend, or anything, in fact we were barely friends. His mustache creeps me out, I'm sorry. Which is saying a lot coming from someone who actually likes Gaston.
Anyway, I'm moving Etoile soon, and I'm okay with Chops going into the void, but if there's anyone out there that wants him I'm happy to oblige. His house is mostly original, I think, but he's wearing that ugly duck shirt. (I'm so sorry.) His initial catch phrase is gone too, but he's still Chops, so, let me know if you want him in your town.
