So, am I missing something here? I told Cyrus to make my lava lamp green. He made it red. Confused, I told him to make it purple.. and he makes it yellow?

GoldenCelebi This really tripped me out. I excitedly raced to Re-tail only to be hit with disappointment that my lamp was not the color I was expecting. By the third attempt I settled on the fact I was being trolled by Cyrus.

Now I'm confused. I thought this glitch had been resolved with the Welcome amiibo update? I even posted about it in post #280 in this thread, after accidentally finding out that Cyrus gave the color I was asking for.

Hmm. That's strange. Do you have any idea what color you asked Cyrus to give you? From searching around apparently the Orange is the only one he would make correctly. I wonder if region might have something to do with it?

Not a glitch, just translation error. When the game first came out, there was somewhere that confirmed that a few of Cyrus's options were translated incorrectly and would give the wrong colors

Dunno if it got fixed or whatever, though
