Do you have the reset center? Was it on purpose or not, and if not what's your story?
I never thought I would get the Reset Center because I never turn off without saving, and I didn't want to do it on purpose because I would probably never see him anyways. Turns out, I do have the Reset Center now and he has came to yell at me once after building it.
When I first unlocked Resetti, I got distracted by youtube. My brother and I were sending links of Zelda music to each other. I had put my 3DS on the bed beside me and was chatting with him. I go to pick it back it up and to my surprise my 3DS is no longer on. The battery had went out while I was listening to Zelda music.
He also came to yell at me once because I was in the home menu checking my friend list and accidentally hit the close button on the game
If you give a Mouse a cookie, she's going to ask for a glass of milk
When you give her the milk, she'll probably ask you
for a straw. When she's finished, she'll ask for a napkin
haven't yet on my second town, idk if I will to be honest, his pwp is small, but I don't really like the look of it and since I only ever have my battery die, have always saved otherwise, I don't really care to add him, yet I do want to for nostalgia purposes.
love nitpicking animal crossing as well as other games

I built it for the memories, but it definitely wasn't one of the first things I built. I managed to get inside once randomly, but there are a lot of things that have to go a certain way for it to open. There wasn't much in there though.
The first time I met Resetti was on the original GC game when the power went out at my house. I didn't think it was my fault, but he didn't seem to care.
"Do you have the reset center? Was it on purpose or not, and if not what's your story?"
I don't understand the second question. The Reset Center is a PWP, so if you have it, you chose to build it. In other words, having one is no accident. I have the Reset Center in both of my towns. I enjoy visiting after a rainy or snowy day.
I love you, Bailey.

I do have the reset center. I personally adore Resetti. He is my favorite NPC.
Ever since he traumatized me in ACPG I had respect for him~
I would reset to see what he would say but if you reset often there was a point where he would pretend to delete all of you saved data. The screen went blank and everything if I recall correctly! So, I was scared and impressed! (I also stopped resetting on purpose!)
What AC:WW taught me: Always carry a clean cup with you~
GCorpCrown, I did the same thing in my City Folk town! The day he "deleted" my save data, I was SHOOK! SOOOO relieved he was just kidding! The worst part was that sometimes we would lose power, and I'd get chewed out by Resetti for no good reason. Nintendo should have made allowances for power failures.
Most of my current towns except the newest one has the Reset Center. I have a fondness for Mr. Resetti, he made me laugh so much once I got over the intimidation he used to inflict. Sadly, he's not so harsh in New Leaf. I kind of miss his old crotchety self.
I actually was able to get Mr.Resetti's and his brother Don''s pictures in my first town!
GG loves ACCF/ACNL and now Happy Home Designer.
In both of my towns I purposely have not built it. Sometimes I find I NEED to reset, like that one time I accidently ran over a Jacobs Ladder. I also didn't build it in my first town that I've had since release day because I was doing stuff that involved resetting and shutting the power off. Not sure if I'm allowed to say what, does it go against the rules in some way?
Also I don't like how it looks. I wish it were atleast black or gray, not brown.

Definitely yes! Not only for the purpose of bragging to have spent tons of money for a guy to yell at you, but also since something's missing, if he isn't there. The reason why he didn't become a regular was because most people were annoyed by him or children got scared of him...
