My entire town except for 2 ppl I cant stand, what do I do to cycle out the whole town without replacing the town?!?!?!

The villagers you don't like will eventually move out. It just takes time, so be patient.

However, you can force them out quickly if you have amiibo cards.

can I force them out by hitting them with the net or something? like if I beat them into submission will they leave?

Personally, I think it's best to be friendly with them. You don't have to send letters or do errands, but at least talk to them. One by one, they'll eventually move out. Once someone says they're leaving, don't talk to them again - or they might change their mind and decide to stay.
