So, as the title states.... A villager moved on my path and I have Welcome Amiibo......does anyone know why this happened because I am ultra sad about this

What I've read is that the pattern has to be a Pro pattern. Not sure it makes a difference, but I'll find out soon since I have an opening in my town.
