Now I feel guilty for pulling my S!Corrin lol. My last possible pull last night (totally F2P here) got me one. I don't like Camilla or Nowi, so I didn't pull for them, and that means S!Corrin is my first and only Mage Flier (+my only Fortify Flier user). Game pulled the "screw you one last time" though and gave me -Atk/+Def, lol. But it's fine, I'm still real glad. 100 Orbs went into that banner without a single 5* until her. Rate was at 10.25%.

My rate on that banner went up to 13% before I got my second 5*. (ie: all my free orbs gah)

Give her Barblade, even if it is the regular one. Well okay it might not be so useful if you don't have Hone Fliers available on anyone, but still. With Hone Fliers, it will more than make up for her attack penalty.

Oh snap I didn't think of Blarblade. If anything I can throw Rally Attack onto a teammate so that she can at least have the Fortify + Rally. Would still make it pretty powerful I think.

Did you all also see that they are adding colorless dragon stones?
Perhaps this will be beast units instead of dragons, bc I have wondered how they'd incorporate those who use stones but aren't dragons.

My first thoughts were Laguz haha. Tibarn, Ranulf, etc.

I was really excited to get Soren's new refined weapon but uh... it's really really weird. Like I'm not sure how I should build him. (It debuffs enemy's highest attack unit by 7 atk, regardless of where they are at the start of your turn.)

I was secrectly hoping Soren would be OP since I have nine of him.

Today I realized that I had a 4* Soren with +Spd -HP, so I promoted him and then merged my 5*+ into him.
So maybe not a crazy surprise, but ALL skills--including refined weapons--transfer from merging. I wasn't sure if refined stuff would so that's a relief.

I also realized I could give him Res Ploy 3, as I have a spare Sonya...
If I get a Fallen Celica, guess who I am going to give Chill Speed to bwahaha.

I've kind of sort of given up on getting flying Morgan. =_=
Yesterday my pity rate broke and got me a Cordelia 5*. Her IVs were a bit better (+Spd -HP instead of +Atk -HP) so I merged my Cordelias.

With today's new banner of having Takumi and Hector, I thought I would go for the full screen because why not. (I don't have either haha.) My first one (the freebie) was Myrrh!! :0
This month, the game has given me three 5* freebies--Jakob (boo), Sothe (ooh?), and Myrrh (yay~). The game's been kind of mean (no focus units when I want them!!) but still nice at the same time.

Taylor I can't actually thank you enough for encouraging me to do arena battles it gives me easy enough orbs every single week!!

The other free stuff will probably come in handy too. There's so many legendary weapons that can be refined, but to refine them you have to do a lot of regular weapon refines (to get the divine dew).

I missed out on Male Grima, so I'm going to pull for her, I think. Then I can run Tactics on a Dragon Team with Myrrh/F!Grima/Fae/Nowi/Ninian

Also, at 3AM a week ago I evidently upgraded and merged a few of my 8 Nowi, so now I have a 5* +3 Nowi. This is why I don't pay for microtransactions in any game.

I was already planning to go colorless on Legendary banner because of H!Sakura, so it's pretty awesome that F!Grima is also colorless.

Well yeah and microtransactions in FEH doesn't guarantee you anything anyway.

Saved up 150 orbs for the Legendary Banner (I've been saving for them lately bc of the high 5* chance) and 80 orbs in I got my F!Grima!!!
(Sadly her IVs are questionable... but her max stats make her seem like a unit that will be good regardless. o: )

Edit: at zero orbs, I also snagged a Summer Tiki and Spring Catria.
Time to start saving again.

bless, only had 40 orbs after blowing 60+ on the spring banner (with no results) and got grima. Lowkey was hoping for Lyn, but it seems she will continue to evade me

I haven't had 0 orbs in months bc once I got a 5* from a seasonal/legendary banner, I'd save the rest of mine.
I just got greedy with this Legendary bc it had so many units that I wanted.

Ah man that really bites, especially since Legendary Banner is so short. <_<

One more day for Ninian/Hawkeye map.
I haven't cleared Infernal yet (to be fair, I haven't tried it yet), but did the cavalry quest last night and it wasn't as bad as I thought. Basically a map that let Camus shine (since he has Grani Shield).

I was going to kind of give up on Grima-F Infernal map, but then I saw a F2P video showing it get done. The basic set-up is L!Ike, B!Lyn, Olivia 4*, Lissa 4* (all neutral IVs). Subbing out stuff from the video is very dangerous--the enemy AI may react differently, and you do need all the basic skills equipped (though they don't require skill inherit).

Having Gravity on your side is probably the most important way to go about the map--you  basically create a bottleneck on the right half of the map so you can pick off the enemies at a somewhat leisurely rate. Gravity+ makes it a bit easier to power through the map (you can worry less about how enemy AI will react to your team). I haven't cleared it yet, but am very close...!

I don't have an Easter Lucina. I totally would have chosen her over F!Grima, but my Orbs were spent on that.

I did the Infernal Grima map last night. Slowest slog ever but got it done! And now I am definitely convinced--if you want to be able to clear a lot of these challenging maps, you can make a lot of the situations "easier" by investing in someone who has Gravity+. (I used Gravity+ to clear Infernal Zephiel a while back too.) It really doesn't matter who--I have been using Genny because I have her already, but could be Lissa or you could just pass it over to your most favorite staff user.
So!! Just a background project that would be very worthwhile to invest in. :3

Well, luck was somewhat on my side. I pulled regular Takumi and springtime Camilla, neither of which I owned.

When I pulled Takumi, just before his video played, I thought it was going to crash on me again. That's the only thing my luck hasn't improved.
