I asked this question years ago on here and have recently got back into the game and can't remember the details of how to grow grass back. I know it has something to do with placing plants around the dirt area and watering. I also remember reading that it's a lengthy process growing it back. Any more advice? Thanks

Actually planting flowers to cover the bare area will work. Water every day. Takes about 30 in game days to see results. Then, there are some areas we call dead zones. You can plant flowers there just not trees or bushes, but I haven't seen that any grass has grown back yet . You also need to be careful not to walk on that section where you planted flowers.
